Suci Azkiya

Suci Azkiya joined Law Office JVNP in 2019. Before becoming an advocate, she worked as an advocate’s assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes handling administrative, civil, and criminal law matters, as well as election disputes before the Constitutional Court. Azkiya has also been involved in various legal audits related to the governance and management of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

She has extensive experience in administrative law and regularly handles state administrative disputes. She is also actively engaged in reviewing corporate agreements and preparing legal opinions for a range of legal matters.

Currently, Azkiya is pursuing a Master of Laws degree at Universitas Pancasila, demonstrating her commitment to strengthening both her academic foundation and professional expertise in the legal field.

• Experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters, including civil and criminal law
• Expertise in licensing and legal status of legal entities, including managing permits through OSS BKPM, the Directorate General of AHU, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and tax offices.
• Involved in resolving land disputes.
• Assisted in managing permit applications with the Ministry of BKPM, BPN, District Court, and Notaries/PPAT.
• Proficient in administrative law and frequently handles state administrative disputes.
• Actively involved in reviewing corporate agreements and preparing legal opinions for ongoing cases.
