Elisabeth Deo Angel

Elisabeth Deo Angel Nainggolan earned her Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) from Universitas Tarumanagara, with a concentration in Business Law. Since the beginning of her legal studies, she has developed a strong interest in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and business regulations. Her academic background has provided her with a solid understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law, laying the foundation for her professional career in legal practice.

To further strengthen her expertise in international business law, Elisabeth is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial and Company Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Through this program, she is deepening her knowledge of comparative corporate law, international commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial regulation, and cross-border business disputes. Her postgraduate studies reflect her commitment to developing a global legal perspective capable of addressing increasingly complex legal issues in today's international business environment.

Alongside her academic pursuits, Elisabeth has been actively involved in supporting senior lawyers at Law Office Josua Victor & Partners (JVNP). She contributes to legal research, the preparation of legal opinions and legal memoranda, drafting commercial agreements, reviewing legal documents, and assisting in corporate and dispute-related matters. These experiences have enabled her to bridge academic knowledge with practical legal application while strengthening her analytical, research, and drafting skills.

With a combination of rigorous academic training and practical legal exposure, Elisabeth is developing into a young legal professional with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law. She is committed to delivering legal services with professionalism, integrity, and analytical precision while continuously expanding her expertise in both Indonesian and international business law.
